American Airlines - Marketing Doesn’t Match Service!

There is a problem at American Airlines where marketing doesn’t match the actual service received.
Trying to board as a Concierge Key or as a Group 1 becomes stressful as people in higher group numbers rush in line and are often times allowed to board out of their group number.
It is t unusual to see group 3, 4 or higher boarding when only Group 1 has been called. Marketing the service of getting early boarding is disconnected by feeling stress of being overrun by people in higher group numbers.
American Airlines, please provide the service you market at the airport! It is what you are selling!
